The origin

Why we started NeoProEd

We built NeoProEd because the talent inflow isn't keeping pace with the industry's growth, and talented people who wanted to build careers in insurance had nowhere serious to start. That gap is not acceptable in an industry this important.

Our founding team, COOs, CEOs, distribution leaders, and technology heads, each encountered this from different angles. Companies hiring people who didn't understand insurance. Universities producing graduates with no pathway in. Agents selling products they couldn't fully explain. And the practitioners who did understand, not teaching.

The knowledge existed. The structured pathway didn't. So we built one.

NeoProEd is the result, built not from academic theory but from lived experience in the roles we now teach. Every curriculum decision, every faculty appointment, every program structure reflects what we know actually matters in this industry.

We do not guarantee placements. We do not call ourselves the "only" or "first" anything. We tell students exactly what they will learn, what kind of support they will receive, and what they will need to do themselves. Trust is more valuable than any claim.
