1. About NeoProEd

NeoProEd Private Limited ("NeoProEd", "we", "us") is a professional education organisation registered in India. We provide insurance-exclusive professional education Programs for individuals, organisations, and academic institutions. 2. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Indian law or regulation
• Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from this website
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on this website

This website is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Programme enrolment

By submitting an enrolment application, you are expressing your intention to join a NeoProEd programme. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from NeoProEd.

• All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified
• A GST invoice will be issued upon payment confirmation
• Enrolment is personal and non-transferable — you may not transfer your seat to another individual
• NeoProEd reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion

4. Payment terms

• Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment unless a specific instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit card (via Razorpay), and bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• In the event of a failed or disputed payment, your enrolment will not be confirmed until the payment is resolved
• NeoProEd does not store card numbers or bank credentials, all card payments are processed securely by Razorpay

5. Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellation more than 14 days before cohort start: Full refund of the programme fee, less any payment processing charges incurred
• Cancellation 7–14 days before cohort start: 50% refund of the programme fee
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before cohort start: No refund. You may request a deferral to the next available cohort, subject to availability and NeoProEd's approval
• No-show: No refund if you do not attend and have not submitted a cancellation request
• Programme cancellation by NeoProEd: If NeoProEd cancels a cohort, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days

To request a cancellation or deferral, email neoproed@gmail.com with your booking reference and the reason for cancellation.

6. Programme delivery and attendance

• NeoProEd Programs are delivered online via live sessions, unless a residential component is specified
• Session schedules are communicated at least 2 weeks before cohort start and are subject to change with reasonable notice
• A minimum attendance of 75% of live sessions is required to receive a Certificate of Completion
• Capstone participation (where applicable) is mandatory for certificate issuance
• NeoProEd reserves the right to remove any participant from a cohort for disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour, without refund

7. Certificates and credentials

Participants who meet the attendance and participation requirements will receive a NeoProEd Certificate of Completion. This certificate:

• Is issued by NeoProEd Private Limited and represents completion of the specific programme
• Is not an industry certification or a qualification conferred by a regulatory or statutory body
• Should not be described as a "certification" in any formal context, it is a Certificate of Completion
• May be verified by employers or institutions by contacting NeoProEd directly

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within NeoProEd Programs — including curriculum materials, session recordings, case studies, frameworks, and branding — is the intellectual property of NeoProEd Private Limited or its faculty and licensors.

• You may not reproduce, share, or distribute programme materials without written permission
• Session recordings made available to enrolled participants are for personal use only and may not be shared
• Any recording of live sessions by participants is prohibited without explicit written consent from NeoProEd

9. Limitation of liability

NeoProEd provides professional education and career-development support. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, salary changes, or career advancement as a result of completing any programme.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeoProEd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the programme fee paid by you.

NeoProEd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in our Programs.

10. Third-party services

NeoProEd uses third-party platforms to deliver its Programs and services, including Learnyst (student portal), Razorpay (payment processing), and Zoho CRM (lead management). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. NeoProEd is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of NeoProEd's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly by emailing neoproed@gmail.com.

12. Changes to these terms

NeoProEd may update these Terms of Use as our services evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Enrolled participants will be notified of material changes by email.
