2. What personal data we collect

We collect only the data required for the stated purpose. Depending on your interaction with us, this may include:

• Identity data: name, professional role, organisation name
• Contact data: email address, phone number, city
• Professional data: career background, programme interest, referral source
• Payment data: Razorpay transaction ID, UPI reference, bank UTR number. We do not store card numbers or bank account credentials — these are handled by Razorpay and your bank respectively.
• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, device type — collected via Google Analytics 4 only after you give consent.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial records, biometric data) unless explicitly required for a specific programme and separately disclosed.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only for the purposes described at the point of collection:

• Responding to your enquiry or application
• Processing your enrolment and payment
• Sending programme-related communications and updates
• Improving our website and Programs (analytics, only with consent)
• Legal and compliance obligations

We do not use your data for automated profiling or decision-making that produces legal effects.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of:

• Contract: to fulfil your enrolment and deliver the programme you enrolled in.
• Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries and operate our business.

5. Who we share your data with

We share your data only with service providers necessary to deliver our Programs and operate our website:

• Learnyst: our student learning platform — receives your name and email to create your student account.
• Razorpay: payment processing. Razorpay is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India and processes payments within India.
• Zoho CRM: lead and enquiry management. Data stored in India.
• Resend: transactional email delivery. Data stored in the US — we are monitoring DPDP data localisation rules and will switch to an India-hosted alternative if required.
• Google (Analytics 4, Ads): website analytics and advertising, only after consent.
• Meta (Pixel): advertising measurement, only after consent.
• LinkedIn (Insight Tag): advertising measurement, only after consent.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

• Enquiry and lead records: 12 months from the date of enquiry
• Enrolment records: 7 years (required for GST compliance under Indian law)
• Payment records: 7 years (RBI and GST requirements)
• Analytics data: as per Google Analytics 4 retention settings (14 months by default)

7. Your rights under the DPDP Act

As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access: request a summary of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay — NeoProEd does not store card numbers, bank credentials, or UPI PINs. All data transmitted to and from our website is encrypted using HTTPS.
